The Vulkem Deck System is a waterproof, non-skid coating for exterior decks, parking garages and walkways. The main purpose of the coating is to protect weather-exposed concrete and to protect occupied areas underneath from water damage. In addition to its waterproofing characteristics, it will protect the concrete surface from chemicals such as gasoline, oils, anti-freeze and de-icing salts.

The Vulkem product has a UL 790 Class A Fire Rating.

Due to the elasticity of the product, it will bridge shrinking cracks and not tear.

Dex-O-Tex Weatherwear is a fire retardant decking system perfect for waterproofing balconies, promenades, play areas and observation decks. Weatherwear consists of a unique slip-sheet feature that permits it to "float" over normal building cracks and movement. From major roof installations on prominent buildings, to applications of single-family residences, Weatherwear has been performing since the 1940's with more than 100 million square feet installed. Dex-O-Tex Weatherwear carries a class "A" fire rating, increasing building safety in the event of fire.
